The senior loan came in short, the equity partner wants different terms, or the subsidy layers will not close on the same schedule. ### Sponsors You have a deal under contract and a deadline. You need lenders and equity sources who can underwrite it as it is, and someone to run that process while you run the acquisition. ### Investors You are looking at a transaction someone else structured.
